Many of my friends will know that I have been unable to access my original account here for quite some time as I saved my password on my hard drive and couldn't remember it. I have now given up trying and have stared again. I was linda_joyce. I will [post this on my lj account and hope that my old friends find me.

Thanks for finding me, no to disability discussions, apart from slight hearing loss and arthritis both due to advancing years I have no problems so it would be interesting to read but I would have nothing to contribute. I won't say no but leave it up to you.

I was a former friend here. I wondered what had happened to you. I even went over to LJ to give you a message, but perhaps you didn't know who I was there. Glad to see you back here. :)

Glad to hear from you, I may well have missed your mail, I was with out my computer for a while.hard drive crashed. When I got back on line my memory(or forgetary as it would be better described)wouldn't divulge my passwords for DW or my email account so I lost all my notifications for about 3 weeks. I never back tracked on lj or Facebook. I just opened a new email account but only got round to DW til now.

Have you tried petitioning Denise personally about getting your account back. We could all certainly vouch for your identity, and your journal at LJ has all the same pics etc. It seems ridiculous that DW would be so unbending about re-instating your credentials. I work for the support at Deadjournal, and we take it case by case. Cryo is very understanding.

No I hadn't thought of that I'll give it a try later. I did mail and explain what ha happened but I got very little help.

I was also going to say that I know somtimes LJ doesn't give you messages if they think they are spam. They kinda hide them. Lots of times I won't see certain comments until way later when I run across the *suspicious* link. lol
